We are the Washbrook family who went to America and fell in love with Florida. After three more holidays out there, we decided to build our own place in Poinciana. We chose this location because it is near to all the major attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet after a hectic day at the theme parks. Florida also offers fantastic weather all year, hence the name, 'The Sunshine State'.
